New Year
For many of us the New Year is seen as a time to make a fresh start and make changes in our lives.
And yet, so often we make resolutions and then promptly forget them! We lapse into old habits and real changes rarely last.
Perhaps it is simply that we see “New Year’s Resolutions” as something only for “new year’s”, rather than the beginning of the year marking the start of a new stage in life.
Many people find making conscious changes hard. Constant effort is required to keep up as habits have not really been broken.
