Depression/Anxiety in the Young
Many people believe that children and young people do not feel anxiety or sadness or depressed feelings. But that is not true.
They can feel all of those things in the same way that any adult can.
They can also be helped to feel better, to be given a useful set of tools which they can use for the rest of their lives.
Neuro-linguistic Programming, NLP, is very easy for children or young people to learn to use. It can be extremely helpful in many situations — at school to aid concentration, to boost confidence, to control anxieties, to have more confidence in playing sports and more.
