Cook and Enjoy Losing that Excess Weight!

Losing weight is an emotional and physical change. Dieting doesn’t work long term. What does work is changing the way you think and feel about food.

It is very easy to eat foods which are giving you a huge number of unnecessary calories without realising it, it’s so easy to make some small changes, to enjoy cooking and eating healthily.

You will lose that excess weight and really enjoy it! And that doesn’t mean living on lettuce leaves or depriving yourself! It is simply making a few very easy changes.

NLP is a very effective way to help you to make those changes which you will keep forever and for young people in particular, I have found that a combined package with my other passion - cooking - seals the deal!

I offer intensive/extended sessions - times by arrangement- which combine NLP therapy with cooking meals of the kind that you enjoy most - of your choice… .

You can come alone or with a friend/s. It’s up to you….

You may like to cook a meal for yourself (and for your family if you like) and take it home to eat….
